A gem in the city of Gainesville. Never had a sandwich as good as they make here including the bakery. The staff was great and they like to personalize and even suggest sandwich if you are not aware of which one to order. I also tried tacos here in late night snack and that it was juicy, fresh, and delicious.

It was a late night in lovely Gainesville that had us craving some local nosh, and what better way to end the night than with a tasty sandwich. The bakery bakes (traditional?) Cuban bread and pastries of both sweet and savoury fayre, and I opted for a Cubanos sandwich. It was delicious, and a great late night dining experience all told. Watch out during term time as I'm sure this place gets rammed with students when the clubs wrap up. Enjoy!

All my friends say this place is crazy good and I totally want to believe them but my personal experience could have been better. It's a relatively small space and they get tons of customers which is great for business but a poor waiting experience. Service takes a while especially when the night really picks up which is hard to blame them for though. Staff seemed tired but trying to be friendly. I remember getting a bowl item from them which was okay but I also feel like I should have got a sandwich item instead.

This place is the real deal. I had the cream cheese pastry and a ham and swiss sandwich. They were fantastic. Great quality, great price. Authentic as can be.
